About the Session
During this coaching session you will work on key white water paddling skills including:
• River awareness and reading water
• Improved bracing and edging techniques
• Efficient forward paddling and boat control
• Effective turning, ferrying and peel-outs
• Safety skills and risk management on moving water
The session combines on-water practice with guided feedback, helping you to build technique and awareness in real river conditions.

• White water kayak or canoe (if required)

Safety
This session is led by a qualified and insured paddling coach experienced in white water environments. Safety briefing, appropriate river assessment and basic rescue procedures will be included in the session.
